Refund & Return Policy

GreenEdge Golf – Hassle-Free Returns, Because Your Satisfaction Matters

At GreenEdge Golf, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

This Refund & Return Policy outlines how and when you can return an item, request a refund, or exchange a product purchased through our website or customer service team.


🔁 30-Day Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • All tags, labels, manuals, and accessories are included

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)


📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at: support@greenedgegolf.co.za

  2. Include your order number, a brief reason for the return, and clear photos (if applicable).

  3. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Please do not send any items back without receiving confirmation from our team.


🔄 Exchanges

We offer free size and product exchanges on clothing, shoes, or gear if the item is still in stock and meets the return conditions. You’ll just need to cover the return shipping costs.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Approve the refund if the item is in acceptable condition

  • Process the refund to your original payment method (credit card, EFT, etc.)

  • Notify you via email when the refund has been issued

Refunds typically reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items used or damaged by the customer

  • Custom-fit or personalised equipment

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items (unless defective)

  • Golf balls sold loose or as part of open packaging


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.), we’ll cover all shipping costs.

  • For other returns (e.g. size issues, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

We recommend using a trackable courier service for all returns to ensure your item arrives safely.
